SLRG research enabled a client to identify best practices among golf facilities seeking to create a more woman friendly environment. In a subsequent research phase, SLRG identified best practices facilities and implemented a longitudinal test among them and a control sample of golf facilities. The season long study enabled a comparison that demonstrated the impact of implementing these best practices in generating customer loyalty and greater profitability.
